6 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 3x Drills + 2x Bounding
Ran this along a different route where the grass was plusher. On #1 felt in right Adductor some and then focused on altering form to use glutes more & where I was shifting around my center of gravity. Towards the end I could feel it in my glutes. Felt good on the first 3, then on #4 two people who were oblivious to anything casually walked into my line, and then on the final two this was more about experimenting w/form. Did 6x 50 yds of toe offs, 3x (20x running butt kicks + 8x side leg stretches + 12x high knees), and then did 4x 50 yds bounding (skipping on leg). Accurate splits below:
