Very Easy/Injury Recovery Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Felt "less" awkward & less "uncoordinated". Was able to run 3.25 miles straight (vs yesterday only 1.15mi) & then a 1.35 mile segment. Felt weaker on the 1st segment where I hit "the doldrums" between mi 1 & 2 yet that was my fastest mile split? At around 3 miles legs felt tired & the heat was starting to get to me. Walked around to vent heat, took shirt off & then ran the final 1.35 mi in the other side of Phillips Pl & actually felt stronger finishing in the cinema lot but that is relative since yesterday I felt pathetic finishing.
