Easy Progressive Run
Ran this easy focusing in on rhythm & form & to run this progressive which I did. Actually felt in control running this. Started at Orchard St bridge & ran down into back neighborhood & then decided to run to 4 miles doing loops of Hawthorne/Benedict/Thompson/McBride (thru mi 4: ran the first two miles under control & then focused on being more efficient over the past 2.35 miles - thus stride length marginally increased & ground contact time marginally decreased), left on Thompson, right on Brookdale & to Capital One Bank (mi 4 - 4.35).
