The 5th Hill effort but this up Old Reid (in a steady rain)

Decided to do what I set out for, jogged down Old Reid, then did 2x drills, and then ran up Old Reid. This really hurt after the first 100m which was adrenaline -- during the middle segment I wanted to stop/quit since it really began to hurt & I controlled the pace so that I could finish, and then kicked to the finish. This felt like 7:45 but surprised given my HHT that I could run close/near to 7:00 pace on a hill segment on #5 of 5 in tropical conditions (after not being able to run faster than a sorry 9 min pace on easy runs).
