4 x Hill Set up Pk South fr Park + 3 x Hill Sprints up Park So by Firehouse
First workout attempted in 3 mos. Ran "hard" up Park So fr Park to Sulkirk, then jogged down Old Reid & Park to begin next hill effort. Felt stronger during this initial hill effort set vs. prior times when I did this after 2-3 mos. Felt good on #1 and #2, #3 hung on for the last 150 meters on #3, surprised at #4 since this felt like the others & also felt like it really apart in the 2nd half. At least I descended entire set. Did not feel any "strain" in HHT/right hamstring but did feel it "bark" a little on #4. Then did 3 x Hill sprints up Park So fr the Firehouse (felt strong & "springy") + 3x drills (20x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
