5 x Hill Sprints up Harwood + 50m toe offs [5:36 Avg]
Ran the first four up the steeper hill on Harwood from Brookdale & #5 on the other side fr Rt 22. On #1 this felt like I had not run a hill sprint in a month - felt like I had a ton of rust. After #1 felt much more fluid, in rhythm & stronger running up the hill. Accurate splits below:
