Easy Run [7:38 p mi adj for heat]
72 degrees, 70% humidity. Leg/groin pain same as yesterday -- sharp pain in beginning and then gradually subsided in about 1 min. During 2nd mile it was pitch dark (no street lights) and I seem to get tentative and slow down. Wore the Cortanas and legs feel good in them.
