Easy Run [8:03 pace p mi adj for heat]
82 deg / 74% H / 73 dew pt. Today was the most miserable day I have attempted run other than the day three years ago when it was 99 degrees and got heat stroke at 5 miles. Absolutely horrific, and epic struggle. Had to stop at 3.25 miles and at that point my shorts were completely soaked (three days ago that did not happen until 5 miles in!). I was panting like a dog and felt severely overheated. After that, I erred on the side of caution and ran until I started to feel overheated again and stopped which involved several more stops.
