Easy Run

Started fr Whole Foods & decided to run 10k+ straight & not break this run up. Given prior runs was expecting to be 10-15 sec p mi slower & it felt like that especially mi 3. This was also a hilly run (up a big hill on m 2, up a gradual hill on mi 3, then down 4 & 5, up hills in mi 6 & 7). Left on Fairview left on Sharon past hotel looped back down Sharon left on Fairview past BOA (mi 1 - downhill, felt better than expected after hill sprints yesterday, this felt slower), down Fairview past Panera left on Park to bottom then ascended up big hill to past Stokes (mi 2 - felt really strong & quick ascending the hill), up Park So left on Sulkirk up & left down Long Meadow right on Stokes right up Sulstone left on Sulkirk left on Rutherford (m 3 - legs felt heavy & as if they were tying up, felt terrible, out of rhythm, pace showed), right on Sharon right on Sulkirk right on Park So to Archdale (mi 4 - rolling but more downhill, tried to get rhythm back), left on Archdale to Church looped around parking lot & up Archdale left on Park So down the hill I ascended in mi 2 & then up to Fairview (mi 5 - felt more in rhythm & felt like I was getting a second wind), left on Fairview to community on corner of Park looped back on Fairview up & right on Piedmont Row into Ruth Chris figure *8'd around Panera (mi 6 - felt stronger in this mi which was uphill), looped around Ruth Chris & Panera (stopped at 6.3 mi to stretch) & then resumed up Fairview to Ashley (mi 7 - finished strong).
