1 x 400 IM (mix of swim and kick).

1 x 400 IM (first 50 swim, 2nd 50 kick)

1 x 300 IM (25 kick, 25 one arm, 25 swim)

1 x 200 IM (25 kick, 25 swim)

1 x 100 (50 Bk/50 FR)

All with zoomers on. Triple dolphin kick underwater on all Fly and Back turns.

Was able to fully push-off walls with both feet (no foot pain)

Was able to fully kick w/zoomers on (no foot pain).
