3 x Strides on HarrisY Grass Field + 3 x Drills
Did not feel as "crisp" or "speedy" as these felt more "forced" but some of that I attribute to running hills sprints yesterday (so reduced the # of strides to only 3 because of that). Could feel a point of pain in feft peroneal prior but during did not feel a thing. Hit stop on the first stride so never recorded that. Also did 3 x (18x butt kicks + 9x high knees + 55 yds of toe offs). Accurate splits below:
