5 x Hill Sprints up Morrison vs Harris Teeter + 50m toe offs
Was able to "feel" these in that I made some subtle adjustments on #2 but more so on #4 & #5 where I ran these much more efficient and the last two actually felt the easiest. On #3 I was delayed in hitting the split button (so this was much slower than actual) and I actually did the same thing on #4 but to a lesser degree vs #3 (so #4 actual was probably closer to #5). On #1 and #3 I did not run a straight line but on a much more curved line. Accurate splits below:
