4 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley (+ 3 x Drills)
Decided to run these sprints but "not sprint", trying to run this at around 5k pace (but more so keeping stride short and a very quick cadence). Kept seeing what turned out to be "best pace" flash on Garmin, which I thought was "average pace", which governed how I ran these as I thought I went too fast on #1. Accurate splits below:
