7 x Hill Sprints
First six up Barclay Downs, #7 up the steep hill fr Nordstrom at S. Park mall. Focused on not sprinting these hard but maintaining a good pace (in my head it was somewhere between mile pace and 3k pace which is about where this worked out). Felt different pains in both quads as I did these, and also felt the tightness in my right calf that I felt yesterday. Ran faster than planned on #4 as a car literally came at me in the lane I was running and then stopped triggering a surge of adrenaline. #6 felt smooth. On the jog back home, again felt that tightness in right calf. Accurate splits:
