3 x Strides Running down Fairview in front of Allen Tate
plus 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 18x running butt kicks + 9x high knees. Ran these into a breeze. On #1 felt really swift. Ratched back on #2 & ratcheted back too much. Ran #3 under control & about where I wanted. Accurate splits below:
