Easy Warmup Jog
It felt "less oppressive" & I thought the dew pt was in the high 60's (around 68 or 69) yet after running thru 74/75 today's 72 dew pt seemed slightly "less oppressive". When I jogged this I was not exhausted, hot & completely soaked in sweat like last week. Felt terrible running this - no spring in my legs, felt like a "robot", no rhythm, did not feel easy, & the pace is embarrassingly slow even for a slow jog.
