4 x Strides on Harris Y Trail
Legs felt much better vs. Thursday on these but still felt like I couldn't get into 4th gear w/out effort and didn't feel speed. Concerned about how I would perform in my 5k Simulation Race right after this as legs felt tight and speed is not "clicking". Accurate splits:
