Easy Run (on dirt)
Ran this at HarrisY & after 1st mile ran on it on the dirt trail. Felt sore fr workout yesterday (1st since Nov) but felt stronger than expected running this as I ran even splits. Given mi 2 onward were on dirt trail I usually run 15-20 sec slower on dirt. Ran the first mile circling the parking lot (mi 1 - this where I felt the worst) & then settled in on the dirt trail at about 1.3 mi in & ran ampersands on the trail. Able to maintain form & cadence throughout & progressed each mile slightly.
