Fast Walk
Had treatment (PT) today. Did not feel left Adductor until some pangs around 30 minutes in for about a minute or two. Felt the knot in lower left lateral quad more (and mid-quad mid-thigh). Was able to finally pick up the speed in terms of walk speed today.
