Easy Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Started fr Whole Foods and took time as it was pouring when I walked up to Whole Foods & then the rain gradually lessened. By 10:30 it was a very light drizzle & I started. Legs felt fatigued, some deep right hamstring ache over the first 1/2 mi - ran down Sharon to BOA & looped back by Ashley (mi 1 - this felt like 8:45 pace & I was dodging puddles all over the place & into a fierce headwind), continued down Sharon looping into church & back & right on Sulkirk (mi 2 - this felt really rough running into this headwind, drizzle stopped, removed hat as I was really sweating & felt really warm in a singlet); ran down Sulkirk right on Park So (mi 3 - felt better, no headwind on Sulkrk & tailwind on Park So); ran down & up Park So left on Fairview looping around & then looped around Panera & stopped at mi 4 - back into the fierce headwind but I was really sweating & felt uncomfortably warm - removed singlet); continued up Fairview & looped around at Barclay Downs to Piedmont Row to Carnegie past Rotunda Bldg down to Barclay Dwns & up (had a tailwind & felt better after going shirtless).
