3 x Strides running down Fairview in front of Allen Tate
[+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 16x running butt kicks + 9x high knees + 50m toe offs]
Ran these into the breeze which slows me down more because it dulls my proprioception. On #1 I felt really quick & fast, & #2 I don't know what I did but this did feel slower & it was, & on #3 I tried to make some adjustments which helped speed me up. Accurate splits below:
