Speed Set
Goal 4 x 1/4 mi @6:50 pace w/3:15 recover; 6 x 300m @6:20 pace w/2:30 recovery.
Actual: 4 x 1/4 mi @6:44 pace.7 x 300m@6:19 pace
Actual: 4 x 1/4 mi@6:45 pace; As always #1 feels bad but I could feel I'm gaining fitness as it didn't hurt that badly and didn't get "winded" like I sometimes do in the beginning of speed set. Descended on each one and tried to be conservative and fight the urge to run these faster.
