4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie by Village Tavern (+ 4x drills)
The level of discomfort in right hamstring/HHT was the least I have experienced -- nothing on #1 and then some lingering discomfort on the rest. It was difficult to gauge these since they all felt awkward. Felt the quickest on #1, #2 did not feel as slow as that pace (which is hard to fathom), then worked on making some subtle changes to my form to inject more power & speed. Also did 4 x 18x running butt kicks (these felt the springiest to date) + 8x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
