Modified Interval
Ran 3 x 1/2 mi after 4.1 mi easy run that I felt like I was running in sand & some strides, attempted this modified interval. Felt really fatigued & tired & it showed running these intervals as I felt really slow as if my muscles were overstretched rubber bands. Legs felt heavy, no strength. I'm embarrassed at these splits & have run faster after the end of a 5-6 mi easy run when I would "fast finish".
