Easy / Warmup

very easy warmup. After long run on Sat felt some pain along right lateral quad near hip. After Sun's run that included hill sprints, felt the pain post run and this felt a lot worse (hurt when I aggressively massaged it). This week is a scheduled down week w/one workout and a time trial so took planned day off yesterday. Did not feel any pain yesterday. Concerned when I started this but did not feel any pain. Took focus to run this slow over the first two miles.
