Whereas pain in right foot was at base of arch thru Sunday, today it was the classic "heel pain" trigger point. The area of pain and tenderness has actually moved again -- it was at the base of the arch in my right foot towards the instep. Now it has moved about an 1.5" and is toward the medial part of my right foot -- super tender and painful (the size of my thumb fingerprint). Unfortunately the trigger point associated w/this area is in my heel (and it makes it feel like my foot is almost broken).
