Easy Run

Huge difference compared to Sun where every single step was an effort. Got needled yesterday and no ill effect (vs. Sun). Fast walked & did drills b4hand. Still feel like the hamstring is compromising my strength. When I started out really noticed that things are healing as no hobbling at all for the first time - was able to "run out" and feel my stride & extend my legs (some pain in trigger points along medial quad). Had a bad nose bleed just prior (usually I never get these when its humid). And it felt humid when I ran - ran down Sharon to Sulkirk (mile 1), to Park South w/a loop (mile 2 - felt I was at 75% strength), mile 2 was down Park South, a loop around the church & then up Old Reid (felt better vs. last week). At this point I was really sweating and beginning to feel uncomfortably hot (my head). Made it to 3.75 mi and had to stop (panting, felt nauseous which is the telltale sign of overheating). Did drills (butt kicks felt 100% better vs. on Sun). Then resumed up Park So & right on Fairview and up where again I began to feel horrible again and as I was running by the BOA & needed cash decided to stop to go to the ATM (sweating profusely). Then finished up the final ~.9 of a mile but did not feel strong or good (stomach was in a knot and felt overheated).
