Notes

Experimented w/a different approach to treating this last nite -- focused on stretching foot (pulling toes away) and then curling toes in and then retracting them while apply resistance. Then on ART below and back of each ankle in the soft tissue area -- this is supposed to stimulate the fascia, get the microfibers to re-assemble and speed recovery (get blood in). I did not ART on foot below arch. I was amazed to find two "hot" (pain) spots -- one on inside of ankle but more so one on outside of ankle that was extremely tender. And also amazing was that when I did about 5-8 min of ART, and then got up to walk, I could feel pain along bottom of foot under arch. Iced the side of my foot.
