4 x Strides on HarrisY grass field + 4x drills (in 72 dew pt conditions)
Decided to incorporate some strides to test both left foot & right hamstring & begin transition out of only easy runs to workouts again. Goal was to see what these felt like & try to get into some sense of a biomechanical rhythm given the 3-4 weeks of not doing anythng but easy runs. #1 felt like ring rust, #2 felt a little better, was able to hone in better form on #3 and not sure what occurred on #4. Also did 4 x (15x running butt kicks + 9x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
