Easy Run
Groin/leg pain decreasing. Ran this w/the Charlotte Meet-up crew. Wanted to do this easy and paced a guy who was gearing for an 8:15 pace 1/2 marathon effort at Thunder Road. Probably too fast for him in miles 3 & 4. Kept pace conversational for me but had to slow down at various points to make sure I did not break contact. The slower pace felt better post run in terms of groin & recovery fr yesterday's workout.
