3 x strides along Ashley Court or Place (road in very cushioned shoes).
#1 felt really odd like I could not get out of 3rd gear (6:53 on Garmin thought it was an analomy -- I've run 1k faster than that??) as if the injury was impacting me). Then in between I did some butt kicks and toe offs, and then for whatever reason I was able to get into 4th and/or 5th on #2 (4:54 pace) and #3 (4:41 pace). Not sure if I was in the Twilight Zone on #1?? The toes offs really help get me into rhythm.
