Easy Run
56 degrees (up to Kensico Dam, two laps around and then back via Bronx River Trail). Felt 100% better vs. my last back-to-back run. Also first time in a run (post-injury) during this progression where I got a 2nd wind and started to feel better/stronger - in mile 5 (felt stronger, felt my form was good and went w/the flow, and then dialed it back & cruised in after Garmin beeped). No terrible stitch in beginning but felt slow. Mile 2 featured the biggest climb post-injury and felt like I was crawling along at times.
