4 x Strides on HarrisY Field (plus 4 x drills)

Felt solid on these. Knew I was going a run workout after so tried to run these consistent and not fast (or do anything explosive). Felt right Psoas/abdominal pain when I started to jog to the field, and felt it on the first one, but after that did not feel it anymore. These were all about the same except that on some I delayed hitting the lap key after slowing down at the end (except on #4). Also did 4 x (16 running butt kicks, 9 x high knees, 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
