Easy Run

Fast walked 1 mi (13mi pace) & did drills prior. Left calf felt good/sold. Could feel humidity in air & higher dew pt (outside of summer I can feel any 60+ dew pt). Started fr Whole Foods in my heaviest cushion shoes ran left on Sharon & right on Rutherford (mi 1 - felt decent, no calf issues, at abt 1/2 mi in I could feel myself sweating a lot more), ran 4 loops around Rutherford/Sulkirk/Sharon (mi 2-3, very even splits, felt slow up the inclines but tried to focus on quick cadence, approaching mi 3 I could feel my strength sapped), ran down Sharon & left into church running to back around to front to back & then out the driveway & right on Sharon (mi 4 - just like Fri I could really feel myself slow down in mi 4, tonite I tried to grind thru it), continued on for another 1/4 mi to near the new Starbucks at Ashley & stopped (4.25mi - extended longest straight run since injury, was sweating like crazy at this point as shorts were wet). Stretched & did drills. Then resumed for final 1/2 mi (felt much stronger over the final 1/2 mi today vs. Fri but nowhere near how I felt on Wed).
