Goal: 3 sets of (2000m at 5k (6:30); jog/rest 2 min; 200m at 5k -20 sec (6:10)) w/4 min jog/rest in between

Actual:

2000m (6:35 mi pace); 241m (6:15 mi pace)

2000m (6:31 mi pace); 241m (6:11 mi pace)

2000m (6:29 mi pace); 241m (6:00 mi pace)

Given how I feel (cold + legs also felt a little sore from Tues workout), eased into the first one & used it to gauge how I felt. Felt good so I then upped pace to 5k pace on #2 and #3. 6:31 mi pace felt comfortable (comfortably hard) yet 6:27 pace (what I went for the 2nd half of #3) felt a tad fast. However, an analysis of my HR shows that my 5k pace should probably be about 6:25 pace. The 241m efforts felt fine (did not feel stressful) which means that work I put in during the previous 4 week cycle has really built up my strength.
