Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Started out at HarrisY parking lot & ran loops of parking lot over first two miles (legs felt really sore & tired fr yesterday's workout to start to where it felt like I was running 11 min pace- felt like I was running uphill & everything was a struggle, mi 2 felt that same as mi 1), ran down Quail Hollow into adjacent multi-family community looping parking lot, then to lower parking lot looped thrice & then back up (mi 3 - I actually began to feel stronger & bio-mechanically more efficient w/quick cadence & felt so much easier - this felt significantly faster vs mi 2 & it obviously wasn't!), continued up & out of parking lot back on Quail Hollow up & back into HarrisY parking lot doing a quick loop & then around & out across street to Elementary School & down & to back parking lot (mi 4 - when I got into HarrrisY parking lot all of sudden it felt like I had a lactate acid overdose where almost immediately my legs felt heavy, I lost cadence & felt like I was plodding - amazingly this was quicker vs mi 3 as this felt like I was plodding at 11 min pace), ran several loops around back parking lot where again I felt stronger & quick as in mi 3 for 3/4 mi (and this was significantly faster vs. mi 3 & 4). Stopped to stretch, then resumed running to the back 200m track for two loops & then up & out & down to HarrisY.
