4 x Strides (3 x Drills) on HarrisY Field
Did 3 x drills (40 yds butt kicks, 20 yds high knees & 50 yds paw backs) in between strides. Legs felt speedy, very relaxed, felt great bio-mechanically and let legs go but not "hard". After three, and three felt good, said to myself that I should "hold back" (given I did hill sprints last nite) and so on #4 I tensed up and did not "let legs go" and ran in correspondingly slower (amazing how that happens). Accurate splits below:
