Injury Recovery Run
Extended segment time & overall time - 3 x 5 min + 2 x 4 min (or last one 3:49). Oppressively humid (was completely soaked). Focused totally on maintaining quick cadence especially when I felt tired or towards end. Ran fr Whole Foods out on Ashley left on Sharon for a short bit & then across & down Sharon to Fairview (#1). After 30 sec ran down Fairview past Zoe's turning left into corp park & then out to BOA (#2) - past mile 1. Then reversed back around corp park & around BOA & then partially up Fairview (#3). Continued up Fairview right on Sharon to Ashley (#4). And then meandered back up Ashley back to Whole Foods (#5 - towards end ribs began to hurt & thus stopped when I did). Could feel myself getting tired over the last min of each of these segments. Each day feel stronger & pace improves.
