Easy Run
Felt really slow over the first two+ miles but then began to feel somewhat better. I cannot fathom how slow I am running & how heavy my legs feel. Started in Phillips Pl ran around Pecan then around Palm down PF Changs looped & then out exit looping around RH then out exit & left & up Fairview & left on Ashley (mi 1), around Ashley left on Sharon right on Rutherford to Sulkirk (mi 2 - felt "awkward running), left on Sulkirk left up Sharon then down to Ashley & looped in/out of Hilton right on Sharon (mi 3 - felt slightly better & more fluid) to Sharon View looping back then right up Ashley & did a figure 8 loop in Allen Tate out & right down Sharon & hung right into entrance in Phillips Pl (mi 4 - felt more fluid), ran into small lot then out & left to PF Changs.
