Easy Run
Ran this underground underneath cinema lot & so the splits are meaningless. This was another run where I felt terrible to start where it felt like I was having some heart problem or arrhythmia & at 1.8 miles stopped. Plus I was overheating & shed my shirt. Was running figure 8 loops where every third or later in the run every other loop I would run outside looping around adding about 100m+. After I stopped & shed my shirt, I ran it slower & more controlled for the first 1.5-2 miles where I felt much better & then began to build things up. Again, did not feel especially strong or "fit".
