Very Easy Run
Ran this very easy in/around Phillips Pl & mostly in the Palm/hotel side. Ran three long curly Q figure 8 Loops xtending into PF Changs lot (first three miles - legs felt somwhat tired fr yesterday & tried to focus on going slow to keep HR down), ran two extended figure 8 loops then looped around & into PF Changes & out & up & right down Fairview (mi 4 - felt more liberated in this mile since I was almost finished), in entrance in small lot for 1 loop out & around & to courtyard (mi 4- 4.4).
