7 x Strides on HarrisY Field (+ 5x drills)

Decided to postpone attempting to run an interval workout and run strides instead (hopefully give more time to heal). Feel much more powerful and stronger in terms of speed at this point given I ran 4x strides last Thur for the first time in over 6 weeks. Felt good and strong throughout (felt good not great bio-mechanically). One area missing is that I don't have that "explosive speed out of the gate". Felt some pain in right Psoas/lower abdomen for the first 4-5 & especially as I was accelerating to speed. Also did drills (5x 18 butt kicks w/three running, 5x 9 high knees, 6x 50 yds of toe offs -- did not feel strong on the toe offs). Accurate splits below:
