Very Easy Run
Felt terrible running this & on top of that started to get really painful cramping in my gut after 1k to where at 1.7 miles I had no choice but to run back to head to the bathroom. Ran in/around Phillips Pl, started at Hotel and ran down to other side looped RH then 1/2 reverse loop of RH & then a full reverse loop of RH (mi 1 - stomach was really hurting me & had more & more of a urge to go to the bathroom, and also felt really fatigued); ran 2 more reverse loops of RH (and then could not hold things any longer & peeled off to go to the bathroom) resumed running fr Courtyard & into small lot overlooking Cameron for 2x loops (mi 2); then ran 4 miles worth of full reverse loops of RH to finish (mi 2 thru 6: after 2 miles began to feel real fatigue where at 4.3 mi had to stop, resumed and then again at 5 mi in felt that same level of fatigue & then grinded out the final mile).
