20 degrees - slight wind fr N/NE which was noticeable only because it was so cold

Easy Run

Lifted, fast walked & did drills prior. Very cold. Ran this somewhat faster than prior 2 runs (~10-15 sec faster p mile but still 20 sec slower p mi vs. last week) but there were some positive signs as I started to feel "bounce/spring" in my step (almost immediately), able to maintain cadence & rhythm throughout (always a good sign) & got stronger at the end. And wearing my heaviest & cushioninist shoes (usually I run slower in these). Ran a loop around parking lot & then up Sharon past Champaign (mi 1 - could almost feel immediately I had "spring" in my step which was a great feeling & more importantly it did not disappear), ran left on Sulkirk right on Rutherford left on Sharon & then into church parking lot (mi 2), ran around church fr one to the other & back to the far side & then out & right on Sharon & right on Rutherford to end (mi 3 - I began to feel stronger compared to the prior 3 runs in this mile more so because I was able to maintain rhythm), left on Sulkirk & right on Sharon down past Y into Elementary School to back parking lot (mi 4 - still felt in rhythm & not sure why pace lagged as this is mostly downhill); ran a loop & half around back parking lot & then 3 laps of 200m track in back & then out to parking lot & back to HarrisY parking lot (mi 5 - finally finished strong & noticed my hamstring was not feeling stressed).
