Easy Run

Legs felt really tired & very fatigued. Did not feel strong (did not feel weak) but at around 3.7 miles I began to feel serious fatigue & very really weak to where I had to stop. I did leg drills last night including a full set of "high stepping" which I normally take the next day off & think that may have pushed me "over the top". Started in Phillips Pl by hotel & ran down to other side looping around RH 2x & small lot 2x then up & around Southern Pecan & Palm to Fairview (thru mi 1.5 - felt really fatigued to start & had to "pull back" on pace so I keep a high cadence, noticed I did not have alot of "spring" in my step), up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon right on Rutherford right on Sulkirk to Long Meadow (mi 1.5 thru 3 -- played a game where I would purposely accelerate up any hill or roller & then control pace on any descent, felt good, got into a decent rhythm but I could feel I was 10-15% off), looped back on Sulkirk up & left up Sharon & then down right into near entrance of Church & 2 loops of lower lot (mi 4 - I began to feel that sense of fatigue growing & when I hung a right into the Church I was feeling really fatigued & increasingly out of rhythm & hoping for a 2nd wind & that never arrived). Stopped as I was totally out of rhythm - this felt like 10 days ago where I felt equally "out of sorts" after 4 mi.
