Felt really bad after this -- had about 40 needle penetrations. ~5 on each IT band, ~10 fr left Adductor down to medial quad (two in the medial quad were really big painful contractions), ~10 in each calf (several really big painful contractions), and ~5 each in the foot where I'm having the PF pain (these were really really painful -- almost as if someone poured acid inside my foot).
