Can the conditions get any worse? Fast walked and did drills before. Sweating after this and felt really oppressive. Legs felt tired/sore and I could feel yesterday's hill workout. Felt ok over the first mile. I guess I slowed in mile 2 since this involved 2 boring loops just to add mileage. Mile 3 was very rolling down Old Reid and then up Park South fr Park Rd (up a hill I run 300m+ hill workouts). At mile 3 I noticed my shorts were soaked with sweat. Ran to the end of Park at Fairview and then stopped because of overheating/heat exhaustion (as i stood there it looked like a jumped in a lake at only 4.1 miles in?). There was hardly any breeze. Continued onward where I tried to run into the breeze fr the south but felt really drained. Started to feel overheated again where I felt sick to my stomach & w/a headache which are all bad signs and stopped again. Basically jogged the rest. Unfortunately headache would not go away. Again, cannot figure out why I'm so slow and why zero improvement back to where I would normally run these 11 mo ago prior to injury?
