2 x Strides on Phillips Ct Place
I actually felt really strong running these despite how heavy my legs felt. I ran these at 80-85% effort. On #1 I ran with extra effort in the beginning because of how bad I felt & how heavy my legs felt in the prior warmup run - and then when I saw the split I backed off on #2. Accurate splits below:
