Fast Walk
Left Adductor was really hurting again (it did not start to hurt until I woke up). After stretching, lifting and rolling, felt somewhat better and attempted ~ 40 minute effort. I could feel dull ache more in my mid thigh area along the Adductor (vs. the hard/tight pain at the insertion point w/my hip). Did not feel any pain yesterday, and this got progressively worse (tighter) over the first 10-15 minutes, to the point where I was contemplating stopping if it got any worse. It then felt "less worse" and continued (and I could see how this was slowing my pace). After I finished, and walked slowly, I could not feel anything which was bizarre. Dug in w/my fingers and found a "point of pain" that I attempted to knead out. A couple of hours after Adductor felt better.
