Cruise Interval Set
3 x 1.5k (8:29; 8:13; 8:08)
2nd workout in almost 2-3 months post colitis post injury/imbalance. Focused on a strong form & trying to finish strong - progressed on each interval. On #1 I felt really "flat" which appears to be consistent with the first interval when I run - I felt like I was in 3rd gear and stuck - my Max HR as well as cadence & stride length appear to confirm my suspicions about how "flat" I felt. On #2 felt stronger, form felt crisper able to close stronger. On #3 felt more efficient & pushed the final 500m.
